A fantastic visit and walk along the River Tyne learning about the different features such as meander, erosion, deposition, tributaries and flow. The children used their maps to look at different parts of the river and sketched pictures. We had lunch and a little play...
A good start to raising awareness this week. The children came into school wearing odd socks and brightly-coloured tights today to represent the differences between us all. All classes listened to an anti-bullying presentation delivered by our STOP Stars.
